Hi,

I have zaggle propel card and i ordered amazone evouchers worth rs. 10k on 29th sept 2019. I have got an email from them that it will get fullfill within 15 working days means 3 weeks.

Now almost 3 weeks are completed and still i have not yet got my evouchers. I have emailed them my order details but i didnt get any response on it. I even contacted customer care but they are also saying it will take 2-3 days but still my order is in pending state.

I am not sure what is the problem with zaggle and why they are making delay in delivering evoucher.

Details : I hv purchased amazon vouchers from zaggle.com worth rs 500... they say to deliver it in 3-4 days... its already 10 days bt when we call to their customer care team they always says to deliver assurely on next day but nothing happened... they neither cancel the order nor delivering it... Kindly refund my money or make them to send the order as if they dont have stock how they can sold the product and not cancelling it... ORDER Id...
