I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding a transaction issue with my Zaggle Kuber Gift Card. On [18/05/2024], I made a rent payment to a bank account using the PhonePe platform. The transaction was successful, and the amount was deducted from my Zaggle Kuber Gift Card. However, as of today, the status of the transaction remains pending, and the amount has not been received by the receiver's bank.
Despite numerous attempts to contact Zaggle through email and phone calls, I have not received any response or resolution to this issue. The lack of communication and assistance from Zaggle has left me in a difficult situation, and I am seeking intervention to resolve this matter promptly.
I urge the consumer legal department to investigate this issue and take appropriate action to ensure that I receive the funds owed to me without further delay.
