I have order amazon voucher 5000/- after that, i cancelled my order, but till now i did not get any refund from zaggle, the team always says to process in future days, some time the team who are working in hyderabad office they are not picking the call. My order number: 884176, amount 5000/-, dt:[protected],
To kindly look in to the matter and do needful in getting my refund to my account, also kindly look in the matter of previous complaints also and take appropriate action in the above said business firm as a role model to all the fraud business peoples/companies.

    I had placed an order for amazon e-gift voucher for 2500 rupees on 3rd october. It's been 13 days and the order status is still "pending". 13 days is exceptionally long considering the fact that the e-gift voucher details can be delivered by an email.

    Zaggle hasn't responded to my emails and calls which is absolutely disgusting.

    Terrible first experience, will definitely suggest my company to opt out of zaggle's employee perk system.

    Yesterday, on 16th October I managed to call the customer support and they've responded stating a technical issue.

    Still haven't received the E-Gift card yet.

      I have been contacting their team from past 25 days regarding the activation of kuber card worth rs 9000 and my card is going to expire on 31st may 2019. There is no satisfactory response from their team. The only reason they are mentioning is the technical issue and to call after 2-3 business days. I don't know how they are running their company without solving their technical issues.

        I have ordered 1000rs worth zaggle kuber gift cards 6 on feb 1st today date is 20th march my cards or not yet activated have made multiple calls and message still they did not activate my cards.

        Order number 826083
        Its been 50days since my order has been placed and no response from zaggle they have not yet activated my cards please help me asap and take a strict action against the company for delaying this much.

          Hi team,

          I have ordered one flipkart e-voucher of rs 500 on 7th march, 2019 after using my zaggle balance of rs 500 but still they have not provided any updates on that.
          I had already written few mails on this and raised the issue and specificall y mentioned that in their faq's they had mentioned e-voucher will be delivered in 3-5 days but still mine is undelivered.

          But everytime their reply is same, have some patience.

          Kindly, look into this matter as this is the second time this has happened to me while ordering any e-voucher from zaggle.

            I haven’t received any response or my vouchers from zaggle for order 820254.

            I have contacted multiple times over call, but haven’t received concrete answer from your support team.

            As per your company policies voucher will be dispatched immediately after placing the order or with in 3 business days if out of order for e-vouchers.

            When i placed order vouchers are in stock and, i haven’t received. When i contacted support team they told me that they are facing technical issues which you may not yet resolved.
            But such kind of information is not available on you website yet or i haven’t received any written communication on the same.

            I have ordered it on 18th of Jan, due to this I missed Amazon sale which may loss to me approximately 1500, I required compensation for delay even.

              Hi, i was gifted flipkart gift voucher from one of my friend which is issued by Zaggle. I have added that voucher to my flipkart wallet on 5th oct and 15th oct, zaggle ppl deactivated it. On 24th oct i called to zaggle and requested to activate. Initially they told that they need only 2 days of time to activate. Until now they have not. They keep on postponingit. Its not small amount that i can leave. It is Rs. 5000/- worth viucher. I have been calling so many times to zaggle and reps use to delay it. Mainly Priya pandey given assurance and she is also not answering. Zaggle dont cheat customers.
              Sir, i have purchased a zaggle card for Rs. 10000 and Withdraw money 9000 bt after withdrawing 9000 my card get blocked and i did not get my remaining 1000. i have called them many times bt they did not return my money. Please help me sir.
