Zaid Enterprises Bangalore — Regarding the fraud which Zaid Enterprises have done

I had given complaint about some issue with my aqua guard purifier. I don't know how come Zaid Enterprises hacked all my details and called me saying its a call from Eureka Forbes Aqua. They came to my house, saw the aqua guard and asked me to change all the filters and membrane, they replaced all with duplicate products and charged me Rs6050. In spite of this charge the status is same as before.On top of that the water is leaking from the aquaguard.After I called them they are telling there is some problem on the motor. So you need to replace the motor too which will cost Rs3500. So how they can just continuing cheating a customer like this. Though I m a great sufferer on this case don't ant others to be suffered like this. So please strict action against the company for misusing the aqua guard name and cheating the customers with this kind of fraud.
