Zansaar.com — non-refund of payment

I have orderd one furniture from zansaar of order no.[protected] about 6 months back... Paymemt was accepted on door delivery basis at guwahati.. But later they have declare that it will not be possible for them to deliver at guwahati.. So they will processing refund of rs.1499. But till now we have not received any refund amount from them in spite of repeated reminders... Plz help me to get back the money
