I had ordered a wardrobe for 5775 inr on 1st jun 2017 and after few days they had called telling they cannot deliver the product since the price mentioned in their website was incorrectly showing and its much costlier. So i asked to cancel the order and refund the money, they agreed to cancel the order. After few days they call again saying we agree to send the product for the same price i booked it for and they would deliver the product, so i said fine. But again they had called me saying they are cancelling the order and refunding the paid amount, i was pretty much frustrated by then so said to cancel the order and refund the money this was in june. After few days i asked an update on the refund on email and they responded due to some gateway issues refund couldnt process and they would be initiating it again on 17th july 2017 (I have the email they had sent me). Post that i dint get any refund nor response to my emails, moreover their contact number posted in the website is not reachable. But i see the website is pretty much running, dont understand what is the issue and when wil li get my refund. Can you guys help me out on getting this refund or advice me what steps i need to take to recover my hard earned money.
