Zapmart.com — Amount debited but product not received even after two months | |||||
I have purchased an Iphone 5S from Zepmart.com on 11.11.2015 where i was redirected from junglee.com. The amount paid was 22, 951 from Credit card but product has not come even after two months. No body is responding to calls which was mentioned on Zepmart.com as customer care number. Site also is suspended from few days. Kindly help. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Hi, you have purchased from zepmart.com, the discussion is about www.zapmart.com. I have used zapmart and i was quite impressed by their service. now every week i order from zapmart only. it is not as big as other online grocery store but their service is equally good.
