I had ordered this product from Zapmart track pants with order id ZM164666 but delivered product is very cheap and not matching the product displayed while ordering. I need the refund immediately.

If this isn't done I'll be escalating this issue to online consumer forum for selling such cheap products.

I have purchased an Iphone 5S from Zepmart.com on 11.11.2015 where i was redirected from junglee.com. The amount paid was 22, 951 from Credit card but product has not come even after two months. No body is responding to calls which was mentioned on Zepmart.com as customer care number. Site also is suspended from few days. Kindly help....

Dear Sir, This was to bring into your kind notice that on 18/11/2015 i ordered WD Element WDBUZG0010BBK External Hard Drive with Order ID: #2551 Payment Method: Paynimo and Shipping Method: Flat Shipping Rate my account was debited with Rs 3201/- order was confirmed and when tried to contact their customer care [protected] its coming switched off and i confirmed that it is a fake site and searched about company where it showed lots of complain . So, I request you to take appropriate action in banning the particular site so that other people are not fooled in future and we may get the ordered amount

Sir, I ordered a Redmi note 4 phone to zepmart.com through janglee.com on 10.11.2015 order no. is 1154 and paid an amount of rupees 8501 by credit card. Till now i have not received the phone and company is unresponsive on phone as well as on email. We made a complaint to janglee.com but they responded that zepmart is responding to them also and janglee just regretted for this. kindly ban this side and help us to recover the money.
