Zara.com — Refund not processed for an order that is not delivered

I had placed an order from www.zara.com which was supposed to be delivered on 28th December 2022. The order was sent back to origin on the shipper’s request with no updates provided to me. I got to know about it through tracking. The order number is [protected] . They are still providing me no updates on the refund nor has there been a refund confirmation. And they keep telling me that I need to wait. Kindly need help on this.
