Refund not processed for an order that is not delivered

I had placed an order from www.zara.com which was supposed to be delivered on 28th December 2022. The order was sent back to origin on the shipper’s request with no updates provided to me. I got to know about it through tracking. The order number is [protected] . They are still providing me no updates on the refund nor has there been a refund confirmation. And they keep telling me that I need to wait. Kindly need help on this....

I ordered perfume from zara along with other articles but I returned perfume and zara too accepted that return, later i was told that it was non returnable, since then ( 4 Nov)they are making me fool and not sending back that perfume to me, zara executives keep on saying just wait 1-2 days .Really irritating

        Hi .this is regarding zara india .
        I had made two transactions on 8th of Nov via Google pay for the amount of 7990 rs to zara.com . Out of which one transaction was successful and one failed at citrus end . I have not received the 7990 rs back and attaching the details of failed transaction from Zara .com after complaining. The transaction number is - OL[protected] Pls reply to this at the earliest . Citrus pay does not have a customer phone bum and email. They are holding on to peopls money illegally and zara is mum about it . This will be escalated to consumer court if no action is taken . There are hundreds of customers with the same problem and have never faced such issue with an online shopping site where a customer has to chase their own money . This is the responsibility of the website as to have a reliable payment gateway and not a shady one which is not doing anything illegal. I want to bring this to the attention of zara . People do not have the time it luxury as to go to a bank and fill out a form and file ffor a charge back and wait several months to get money back.

          I placed order on zara on 26nov I paid through upi and transactions is successfull but zara said payment pending so paid again so I am waiting for my first amount to be refunded so.can you help me please I attached both screen shot where I paid amount . So please Look into matter

            Hi i had placed 2 transactions of 4770 each on zara mobile app via upi on 20th june 2020.

            Unfortunately both the transactions had failed but the amount was debited from my account.
            I checked with my bank on which they told me that money has been credited to the beneficiary.
            I have got a refund for only the 1st transaction and not the 2nd.

            I checked in with zara.com and they have shared the proof of amount not received by them.
            It clearly states that the transaction is rejected at the "payment gateway"

            Surprisingly i still haven't received the refund and my bank advised me to reach out to citruspay since the payment has failed at the payment gateway.
            I request you to please check and credit the amount back to my account.

              Hi

              I used sbi net banking for shopping at zara.com on 27th december 2018. However the transaction failed and the order was cancelled but an amount of rs. 6200 was debited from the account.

              I have contacted sbi and they have directed me to you as the amount of rs. 6200 was transferred to citrus payment solutions. I am attaching the screen shot of the amount transferred o 27 december 2018, rs. 6200.

              Please refund the amount at the earliest.
