i purchased a pair of flat shoes[protected] from a zara outlet in vasant kunj, new delhi on 7th june 2014, after being worn for just 2 times the studs of one pair came out and also the other pair got torn from the back. i have the original receipt of the purchase. And as not even one month is been completed after the purchase, so i went to the store expecting them to either repair/replace/refund or at least issue me a credit note as the shoes got damaged in less then 1 month but they didn't which was highly disappointing as zara being a international brand.I assure you that no mishandling is been done, because it was just worn twice. The picture of the shoes is attached below.the condition is proper except for the defect in it. Please provide whatever assistance or guidance you can, I would truly appreciate it.

The request was to authorize exchange. Art : 7545/364/401 as i am unable to produce the bill.
We are not happy with the customer service provided as i had to travel to the store and the store manager did not resolve it.
Have sent multiple emails to [protected]@in. Inditex.com but they are not ready to exchange the size saying there is there is no problem with the product.
I am unable to use this, they are not ready to exchange not sure what can be done. Please help
