Hi, i have ordered online sari from facebook ad. They are seller in many online sites. They courier me and i paid 2000 for the sari. Initially asked if it is of bad quality can i return, he said yes you can do. But after getting the parcel that was very bad in quality. I pinged that guy to process the refund and return. He said wait for 7 days. After that i didn't got any reply. I tried to call him and ping him. He deleted chat and blocked me on facebook.
Now these guys not responding and picking call.
