They have fake online account in instagram named Her Style Store where they will post fake products...They will show you fake pictures and when you receive the product its totally different ...Even if you opt for COD option they are in touch with Delivery team and don't return your parcel...I had a pathetic experinece with online shopping with their team ...They will not rply to yoyr message nor answer your call...Stay Alert...This Seller...

Hi, i have ordered online sari from facebook ad. They are seller in many online sites. They courier me and i paid 2000 for the sari. Initially asked if it is of bad quality can i return, he said yes you can do. But after getting the parcel that was very bad in quality. I pinged that guy to process the refund and return. He said wait for 7 days. After that i didn't got any reply. I tried to call him and ping him. He deleted chat and blocked...

I placed an order through Facebook marketplace for salwar suit. The product is not the same as shown in the picture. The bottom is not the same designed as shown in the picture.

The quality of the product is too cheap.

Now they’re not picking up mu call.

The product is very inferior quality. It is not the same product that they sold to me online. The product price is 2250....

I ordered designer saree from them via Facebook and they told 15 days return policy but when I received parcel instead of designer saree it was plain Georgette cloth which is not worth than 100/- now their mobile number is switch off and they are not responding on Facebook also. It's a fraud company please take some action and please police should arrest them....

Maine 1495 rupees ka ek suit order kiya facebook ke dwara jaisa dikhaya gya baisa product aaya nhi ab jab return k liye call kr rahi hu to call pic nhi kr rha he. Or jis person ke through facebook se order kiya bo bhi rply nhi kr raha he. Please suggest mai apna amount kaise refund karauuu. Order bluedart se aaya tha. Or oska tracking no. [protected], ref no. I had ordered an indian outfit from this forum. A completely wrong item was sent to me and on calling number of time they misbehaved with in the call and said they will send the right packet only i parcel the item back to them.
I did parcel it, and they receive it also as was told by my courier guy and the person at zareen nx. It’s been more than 15 days i haven’t received my item or money back. I am calling them...

Zareen nx, surat is fraud seller.
They promises you for refund policy but once you receive pathetic product, they don't even reply. They are shameless.
Please don't buy any products from marketplaces.
Facebook should remove them from selling products on market place.
For proof i had paid money online.
Person has blocked on gpay also.
He told his name as amir, as seller, and from payment dept someone...

I ordered a suit on facebook market place ..I got the parcel on 14 nov and paid rs 2000 to the blue dart parcel boy after seeing the parcel I called the parcel boy to take it back but he told me return it online ...the material was so cheap and it was defective also then I called no. but no one picked the phone ..so I msg on messenger and he told me that your parcel will be pick up in 7 days...then after 7 days when no one came..I again msg...
