Zebpay — Account Disable - Cannot Debit Funds Error

Please note i have made withdrawal than i got email of KYC2 Level Verification due to threshold limit, than i cancel the withdrawal and money came back to my wallet.
Now but the account is disable i am not able to buy or sell or withdraw anything its showing 'Cannot Debit Funds"
Please help i need money its urgent.

Please activate my account.

I have raise complaints also Ticket No 1110756 and 1110466

Please help
