I made a withdrawal of 1000 USDT on 25/10/2025 at 7.11 pm and the amount was debited 1009.44 USDT and successfully transferred as per the mail from zebpay. It's not a nice idea for anyone to trust this platform, they only extort from your account and disable everything when you request for withdrawal. I did the last transactions on 8th april 2024 where I bought some cryptos and including 8th april 2024, my total value of wallet was fluctuating between 9.25 lakhs to 10.5 lakhs INR having majorly bitcoin, etherum, dogecoin and polkadot but when I logged into my zebpay, its not reflecting my wallet balance and showing zero value but when I go to exchnage in zebpay account, its reflecting my holding value and quantity but wallet showing zero there also and so I am wrorried.

Dishonest trading company that I have ever encountered, I request a withdrawal from my account but it got denied, I was unable to make any withdrawal out of my initial deposit let alone the gain they claim I have earned my assets got withheld, fortunately I got to know about Gryphonsolicitor com who purvey aid in obtaining a legal charge back in getting my asset back....

I invested in zebpay 44460rs, now they saying to deposit 40k to withdraw all..

They deducted the 200/- from my account without any intimation saying membership fees.
When i asked about the same they said they had sent and email and push notifications on the app for intimation.

I have attached email proofs stating they have not sent any email, but they are failing in providing any proofs that they have sent email.

Please help in getting my money back, i will not be associated with these types of fraud compaines in future.

While I understand their policy regarding non-resident Indians (NRIs), I merely wanted to access my account for review and verification purposes. Instead, they promptly deactivated my account without allowing me to examine my transaction history or balances. This lack of transparency is deeply troubling.

I believe customers should have the right to access and verify their accounts before any action is taken. Zebpay's conduct raises serious questions about their commitment to professionalism and customer satisfaction.

I hold crypto in zebpay for 7 years now. They have set a very small crypto withdraw limit for me which is forcing me to hold the crypto in their wallet. I want to withdraw the holdings to a different wallet which is not posible without increasing my limit. I did the transaction on 14 August and it was deposited in my account on 15 th August as confirmed by HDFC bank and IKBL bank also.
One is received and another is in your account because of account deletion .

I deleted that account at that time. Maybe that's the issue.

I went into task zebpay investment and loss 48L Initially started with 40K USDT and Commission - 20K Then 15K - mentioning again for tax 17K so notice it was not real . Hello, I am currently awaiting a USDT XXXX transaction in my wallet. I generated a Tron link from your website to accept payment; the payment was successful on the other end, but Zebpay pay is now refusing to accept this payment, stating that "we do not support the Tron network." Why was the Tron link generated when no payments were accepted? Please advise on how to recover the funds or reverse the transaction....
