I can't able to withdraw money (1500)from my zebpay account they blocked account. And also i deposited 1000 on 3july 2022, they told me to refund back but not received till now .
I raise many tickets and mail but they are not responding . Tickit number - 977474 and 982953...

Zebpay — Zebpay Money Deposit

I have already transferred money from my registered account to zebpay idbi virtual account but it’s been 1 day still not yet credited to my wallet .
Customer support is sending template reply like we are looking into this issue....

Zebpay Support - I deposited INR45000/= via kyc compliant my registered bank using UPI instant transfer. Earlier, deposit used to get credited within 5mins. But this time it is more than oneday and my Zebpay account is not yet credited. I am worried and very much concerned. Request you to kindly do the needful so that it gets credited ASAP.

Zebpay — Money deposited is not credited yet to my zebpay account

Zebpay Support - I deposited INR49990/= via kyc compliant my registered bank using UPI instant transfer. Earlier, deposit used to get credited within 5mins. But this time it is more than one hour and my Zebpay account is not yet credited. I am worried and very much concerned. Request you to kindly do the needful so that it gets credited ASAP.

From 28april zebpay has kept my account blocked(ticket no 931174) First for kyc2 verification then they started saying for suspicious acitivty pending further investigatio. From more than 2 weeks m asking details about so called "suspicious activity" And "pending further investigation" so many times. all gave a reply saying they will communicate soon and were asking me to have patience. Again I have waited for many......

Ezaz raza(ticket 936042).
Account is blocked from 28 april. Cannot withdraw any money. First they said to complete kyc2 verification for which i submitted all docs. Then they started saying that a/c is blocked due to suspicious activity pendig further investigation. It has been 16 days since that. They keep saying they will communicate soon but now they blocked me from all telegram twitter support and also complaint tickets are getting autoclosed in 2 mins. Not even allowing to make complain on their app now. Completly they have taken all my money and not telling anything at all. Very very fraud behaviour, they deleted all my chats from their telegram support too where i had complained about this issue.. very suspcious things zebpay is doing. In total from 24 days they have locked all my money, and not letting withdraw anything

    Dear zebpay, i have completed my kyc level 2 already so why again my account disable. i c'nt unable to trade or fiat withdraw and deposit.sir, it's not fair. why zebpay again and again need kyc . i have in trouble and my money again stuck.
    sir, pls tell me about my zebpay account detail.
    sir, zebpay help support system harrased our coustmers.they have d, nt solve tickets and closed without solve problems .they blocked me on telegram (zebpay official chat group).
    pls solve this problem as soon as possible

        Hi. It is one week since I have deposited 2 lakhs into my zebpay account. Till now the money is not credited into my account. Zebpays bank idbi has confirmed that they have received the payment, and my bank has confirmed that the deposit is a success... Attached is both confirmations. I have contacted zebpay ticket no 913633 and always the response is to wait patiently. Kindly do the needful.

        I did 33000 INR to Zebpay wallet from my ICICI bank account on 10-Apr-2022 at 14:36 (around), still the fund/deposit not reflecting on my Zebpay wallet

        have raised ticket for the same on support ([protected]@zebpay.com) but no response

        ticket details-912413 & 912564

        Please check & do the needfull ASAP...

        Hi,
        I'm unable to withdraw and deposit my amount from my zebpay account. There is some dispute said by zebpay which I can't understand.
        I'm sharing some screenshots which is about 7000rs dispute. I'm unable to understand language of zebpay which is written in email screenshot.

            I am tired of explaining my stuff again and again.
            Not sure who's reading the chain of emails which have been going through me.
            I feel it highly stupidity for zebpay as u guys give me same response again and again. This is the last time I am gonna explain things and if it's not getting solved. I am taking this to consumer court.
