I made a withdrawal of 1000 USDT on 25/10/2025 at 7.11 pm and the amount was debited 1009.44 USDT and successfully transferred as per the mail from zebpay. I hold crypto in zebpay for 7 years now. They have set a very small crypto withdraw limit for me which is forcing me to hold the crypto in their wallet. I want to withdraw the holdings to a different wallet which is not posible without increasing my limit. I have submitted multiple proofs for verification still they are not increasing.my withdraw limit. I have ticket open with them from more than 10 days and they just keep reply with reasons...

For the past weeks, I have been trying to withdraw my money but it kept writing errors, I advise everyone not to put their money on this site and if you have your money stalked with you can as well reach out. It's not a nice idea for anyone to trust this platform, they only extort from your account and disable everything when you request for withdrawal. I was only lucky enough to get it resolved after which i google search Glowbancircuit Tech who came through for me with a reversal to my account after i watch series of testimonies and reviews from other victims. Please let us all be very careful...

I went into task zebpay investment and loss 48L Initially started with 40K USDT and Commission - 20K Then 15K - mentioning again for tax 17K so notice it was not real . I took the issue to Rykabalan and they told me what to do and luckily it works . Reading comments here about zebpay makes me sad because there is the real zebpay and the fake zebpay for more

Hello, I am currently awaiting a USDT XXXX transaction in my wallet. I generated a Tron link from your website to accept payment; the payment was successful on the other end, but Zebpay pay is now refusing to accept this payment, stating that "we do not support the Tron network." Why was the Tron link generated when no payments were accepted? Please advise on how to recover the funds or reverse the transaction....

Hi All

They have deducted the amount without giving any prior notice with the name of member ship fee. Also not sent any communication after deducting the amount. Now there is no response from them. They are just closing the ticket when I am asking to share the escalation matrix of the company. They are not ready to listen at all. they were deducting for last 2 years without giving notification. I lost almost 25000 due to this....

I have transferred money from my bank to zebpay app. I have given IMPS reference no and also raised ticket but till now not credited to Zebpayapp.
My ticket reference no is 1012048 and 1012097.
Kindly resolve this issue as early as possible....
