Zebpay — Account disabled and not letting withdraw money

I am Ezaz Raza.
From 28april zebpay has kept my account blocked(ticket no 936042). First for kyc2 verification then they started saying for suspicious acitivty pending further investigatio. From more than 2 weeks m asking details about so called "suspicious activity" And "pending further investigation" so many times. all gave a reply saying they will communicate soon and were asking me to have patience. Again I have waited for many days and they all have not even bothered to communicate. so much of my money stuck without providing me with any details. They are now acting like robbers. How much time it takes for you to communicate. 24 days over and you can't provide clear details. And if you are saying "suspicious activity". Then fine let's settle this once and for all in the " Court of law". Because I am fedup of this pathetic behavior. I have literally paid tens of lakhs of fees in last 1 year to zebpay . Thief company and deaf customer support. They are now closing all complain tickets automaticaly even without seeing it.
