Zebpay — Amount debited but not credited in my zebpay wallet

I deposited inr 50 two time just to check whether the netbanking deposit system was working or not. it took 3 hours but the deposit went through, so i decided to deposit inr 1, 90, 100 and it has been 1 day and 2 hours and the deposit has still not went through. i just want to know where my money is? and how do i get it back.
for help, i've raised several ticket but no such help has been provided to me by Zebpay Support.
i did it using PNB netbanking. i can provide all transaction numbers to deal with. i either want my money returned or the money to be deposited in my zebpay wallet.
