Zebpay — deposit of rs 10000 gone wrong

Hi,
I accidentally transferred a sum of rs. 10000 from my hsbc savings account which is not registered with zebpay kyc. I immediately raised a ticket in zebpay support at around 1:00 am, 28 dec 2017. The customer care guys gave different replies. While most of them told it will take 24-48 hours for me to receive an update, one called named deepak who lied and told that my transaction has failed. He seems to me as a fraudster. The most important point is that i haven’t received any acknowledgement in written from zebpay about the ticket i raised.

Sir, I deposited 5000 rs through normal transfer on 23 December and till today I haven't heard get this amount in my wallet. Please resolve the issue!!
