Zebpay — Money deducted from bank account but not show in zebpay wallet

I was transfer Rupees 3000 to zebpay wallet on 15 feb 2021 from phone pe . money deducted from my bank but not show n zebpay wallet . please update my money in zebpay account as soon as possible.
i attached screenshot of successful transaction.
