[Resolved] Zebpay — Money didn't created in my zebpay wallet

I deposited 12000 ₹ into zeb pay wallet by UPI, my payment is successful by bank. But that transferred amount didn't show in my zebpay wallet. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. I'm waiting for your reply. I'm going to attach screenshot of my transaction. The date of my transaction is 27/02/2021.
I raise ticket in there support section but there no reply from them.
