[Resolved] Zebpay — money fraudulent | |||||
I requested for money withdrawal from my zebpay wallet to my bank account on 2nd of January 2018 and its been more than 2 months but still i haven't received my money even after repeated complaints and providing the supporting documents. Spent more than 500 rupees just calling their support number for which i don't get any support. All the support tickets raised are getting closed automatically without any resolution. They don't have a toll free number and no good support system as well. I have never came across such a money fraudulent company in my entire life. Was this information helpful? | |||||
Mar 23, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved The support system is very slow. Happened to call their support number multiple times and finally resolved my issue after 90 days. Worst support system ever came across. They don't have a toll free number and each call charges 2rs/min. Zebpay customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
