Zebpay — Money transferred from bank but not credited in the zebpay account

Dear Sir,
I am a new investor in your zebpay app. I transferred Rs.50, 000 into your zebpay. I had transferred some amaount before also. But this time, the aforesaid amount of Rs.50, 000 has not been credited in my account . This amount has been deducted from my bank account. After filing complain with the bank, the bank officials have confirmed that this amount has been transferred to your account. But why are you not adding this amount to my account. Please take some immediate action.
