Zebpay — My totally money stuck without reason, I can't unable to trade,withdraw or deposit . I hav complete kyc level 2 already and why

Dear zebpay, i have completed my kyc level 2 already so why again my account disable. i c'nt unable to trade or fiat withdraw and deposit.sir, it's not fair. why zebpay again and again need kyc . i have in trouble and my money again stuck.

sir, zebpay help support system harrased our coustmers.they have d, nt solve tickets and closed without solve problems .they blocked me on telegram (zebpay official chat group).
