[Resolved]  Zebpay — my trx token not credited by zebpay inr value 88000/-

I regularly send trx, btc, bch, xrp, ltc etc from my other exchange wallet to zebpay to sell and purchase cryptocurrency, but for past 2 days when i sent trx 14754.187 from my binance wallet to zebpay wallet, in eitherscan. Io the transaction was successful as usual and at the time of complaining it has registered 1134 confirmations but they did not credit my trx wallet in my mobile app but in the block chain the amount credited shows clear balance. I talked over the phone to customer care they told that they cannot do anything it all depends upon technical team but we are not authorized to connect customer to the technical team all you can do is to email them and resolve your issue. I sent many mails they did not reply, one reply came saying that provide the tx id so that they could do something, i immediately sent them the tx id. Then they asked me to provide the screen shots of the transactions, i immediately sent them all the screen shots then they told that we are working on your issue you will get credited in 24 hours. Now 48 hours have past since then 10 mails have been sent by me but no reply. They have become deaf and customer care says do what you like to do. Now credit is a matter of only 10 minutes but they are not crediting my wallet and scamming people's money and taking advantage of no regulation of crypto assets in india. Please help me get back my money. This si the last capital i have with me cheated by zebpay.
