I just want to tell you how deceived I am feeling with your company! Its been a week neither am I able to withdraw my money nor am I able to send it. I had raised the ticket (number 830225) long back but your support team isn't able to do anything either then what is the purpose of your support team? I made 17 calls still result is nothing.

Moreover I have called your call center many times. Not only this I have tried to do the transactions with different mobiles and by uninstalling and reinstalling your application several times in a day.

I have checked all my bank details and there is no problem on my end. So I suggest you should shut down your fraud company which has blocked my money for more than a week now where the rates change every minute and one can make good profits, I am just sitting idol waiting for your company to give me a solution for my problem. 😡😡
