I'm quite confused by their actions. They kept asking me the same thing, which was frustrating. I believe it's not right to close a customer's account without giving them access. What puzzles me is why they wouldn't let me check the information myself. They just sent me an Excel sheet with numbers and expected me to agree without any questions. This makes me wonder if Zebpay is being honest. I feel I need to bring up this issue because it doesn't seem fair.
