I am operating Zebpay account since last 1year and I want to lodge a complain.
On 1st July 2022 I made two deposits in Zebpay account 30, 000rs and 10, 000rs
Total 40, 000rs.
After 24hrs of deposit not been reflected in my Zebpay account I was informed that my Zebpay account has been blocked.
Since 1year I was using Zebpay with documents verified status and now a photo of physical Pan card is needed again, I lost my pan card few months back and now I have reapplied and it should be available within 20-30days as per Indian Govt. Timeline but they said they will keep it blocked till then.
I want to bring to your notice the stress I experienced as earlier I dint get any update to update my documents, straightaway suddenly the account was blocked and I no longer can do any crypto transactions neither i am aware of he status of refund till now that when will i get my amount of 40, 000rs back in the source bank account, as no one has given me any proper timeline for the same.
I request you to refund my 40, 000rs back in registered source bank account.
Its highly unacceptable way that Zebpay has chosen to suddenly without any intimation to block. If i was informed then i wouldn't have tried to deposit the fiat and now the recent Fiat and all the crypto is also stuck in the account.
I humbly request you to refund the recent 40, 000rs as original pan card photo will take time.
Hope you understand my situation and give a resolution and I wont have to raise more complaints on all web forums against Zebpay.
As it's hard earned money and Zebpay has no right to harass the customers this way.
