Zebpay — regarding unsuccessful transaction | |||
My registered mobile number is [protected], and i have initiated payment of rs-24000 through imps to zebpay account. And after 2 days my payment was failed and i didn't get any refund. And when i call customer care they always tell that "we will look in to your issue and contact you through email" which they dont do. I am attaching all the details such as my bank account statement, imps beneficiary screen shot, and imps status. So proceed my request as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||
