Zebpay — send bitcoin but recipient not received | |||||
My name mohd nooruddin my adhar no.[protected] my mobile no [protected] which is also registered on zebpay. On dec 7 2017 i sended 0.05287724 bit to my friends account. Named as jeeshan his adhar no.[protected] & his mobile no. [protected]. When i send him immediately cut from my wallet but recipient didnt recive. Got confirmation mail and sms too given recipient also got sms comfirmation but didnt recieved. There customer care number not responding any more. Please help to get back my money back. I transferred the Rs3000/- to zebpay wallet. Amount got deducted from my bank account but not reflected in zebpay wallet. Transactions is showing FAILED, but haven't yet received refund.
