Zebpay — they have made me lose and cheated my money | |||||
I have placed my first buying order for bitcoin on 27th jan 2018 at zebpay. After placing the order i am not able to either edit or cancel the order. (Cross icon not displayed). They also deducted money for the pending order from my wallet, so money also got locked. Then i have contact zebpay through email to resolve this issue. They replied me that they have sent the query to technical team to resolve. But after suddenly 6 days from the day of first buying order, they have booked order for old values where condition of market is down. This is totally unfair. I have request them to cancel the order and refund the money. I have sent plenty of emails to their support team. But nobody resolved my issue. Kindly help me to resolve this issue.
