Zebpay — Withdrawal amount being held by zebpay. | |
Hello, Below are the points the outlines my interaction with Zebpay so far. 1. Created an account and submitted my personal details including PAN and Bank account details. Verification was also done successfully. 2. Added to 10000 INR to Zebpay successfully. 3. Later realising the worst customer service and going through the other cuatomer rating decided to opt out of Zebpay. 4. I applied for my 10000 INR withdrawal to my verified bank account. 5. Waited for 5 working days as mentioned in policy but never got my amount transferred to my bank account. 6. Contacted customer service by raising a ticket. Got No response. 7. Later i posted a bad review on playstore for which i did get a response on both for my comments and via Email . 8. I was asked for my complete Bank account statement, PAN details and me holding these details and taking a selfie and share via an Email. For which i refused due to the fact of security concerns and also the fact that i had actually provided these details through APP during registration. 8. Was this information helpful? | |
