Zebpay — withdrawal amount not credit into my account | |
I invested 101k in zebpay bitcoin by seeing my friends are doing. But very next day i have withdrawn 50k since i was not able to sleep by thinking about my hard earned money risk involved. As per their policy they should deposit the amount within 1 working day but it is more than 7 days and the amount is not credited into my account. Everytime they are saying "account dpt is looking into this issue." but no action. I am now feeling like i did a mistake by trusting them. My withdrawal request order #w528415. I transfered money from my bank account to zeb wallet account no : [protected] through IMPS. Its been 24 hrs.. Still not got any money in my wallet.. No reply from customer care mail service.. I think they are doing fraud. And have cheated me.. What should i do now?
