[Resolved] Zebpay — withdrawal amount not yet credited in my account

I had initiated a withdrawal request on[protected] and after one hour i got a mail mentioning that my withdrawal request has been processed but still it is not yet credited in my bank account. Request no w854365.

I have also submitted my bank account statement till 3rd january 2018. The customer support team does not give correct information they keep on telling me wait for 48 hours and issue will be resolved.
Please let me know how can i trace these people.

I have received the withdrawal amount in my account.
Zebpay has acted on my complaint and credited the withdrawal amount in my bank account.
