Zebpay — Withdrawal/send crypto

I made a withdrawal of 1000 USDT on 25/10/2025 at 7.11 pm and the amount was debited 1009.44 USDT and successfully transferred as per the mail from zebpay. But it is still under processing in zebpay send even after 15 hours and I raised multiple ticket s 1545549, 1545625, 1545637, 1545665 & 1545666m But no response from zebpay team and still it is not resolved.iam attaching the send details and mail message from zebpay.please resolve immediately as I need money
