Zebpay — Zebpay is not increasing my withdrawal limit which is forcing me to hold crypto in their wallet

I hold crypto in zebpay for 7 years now. They have set a very small crypto withdraw limit for me which is forcing me to hold the crypto in their wallet. I want to withdraw the holdings to a different wallet which is not posible without increasing my limit. I have submitted multiple proofs for verification still they are not increasing.my withdraw limit. I have ticket open with them from more than 10 days and they just keep reply with reasons to not process my request. They don't even provide any turn around time for resolution. Please help
