Zeby.in — customer care/ customer number not functional, no updates on orders

I have placed an order on 23/04/2019 in www.zeby.in. it's been 3 days since the order and no updates on sms or email was given. I tried calling their customer care but it's out of service. Their customer care email does not exist. There's virtually no other way to communicate with this website. This is a fraud website and i would like to get my money back.
