I have placed a dress at "Zedkurti"
Payment process also done. But still I am not getting any product confirmation message form them.
I was so excited when I ordered the product. But after completing the payment method am not even getting single message. They didn't even mention any contact number...
For queries we need to fill some box which mentioned in their site. I enter my queries but still am not getting any reply mail or something.. it's very hurtful..
Am working hardly and getting money.. this is not a simple thing.
People cheating just like that and thefts the money.
299 is not a small amount .
I want my money back or I want my purchased product. If not please punish them .
Of this issue .. it's hurting me a lot also from yesterday there side was showing some issues
How do I track the product ?
When it will be delivered?

I had ordered dresses from this site on July 29, 2020 not knowing it is fake. i had paid Rs.897/- for the purchases made. Now there is neither any response nor the product is delivered. The site itself is vanished. I have even complained on Razorpay through the transaction was concluded (this fake site got payment through this gateway).
I want a full refund of my amount.

I made the payment through razorpay on 28th July, 2020. No messages or mails after that from the company. Nowthe website and Facebook page are also closed

Hi I recently ordered for one kurti at zedkurti . I had done online payment and the amount has been deducted from the account. But still there no any contact from the company abt order anything .. kindly plz look into it .it's harden money
