[Resolved]  Zeiss — your reseller are making false claims about you warranty

I bought a frame with your best lens which were of the cost 8800 from one your reseller ben franklin in new railway road gurgaon. Their executive told us that if your power changes within 6 months your lens will be changed free of cost. Its been 4 months and 15 days to be exact i went to the store from where i purchased and their are saying they can only give 50 % not the free of cost whereas i mentioned them about their claimant and now they are denying that they couldnt have said that.
Your reseller are trying to make a fool to buy your lens with false claimant and are putting a bad name to your company.
Please look into the matter
I want a solution to this problem asap.
