i purchased zen ultraphone 303 from kota in jan.14 but only 8 month after there is a touch problem so i went to zen Service center goyal mobile&electronics kota on 17 oct14 they didn''t make job card and said that after some time we will receive message but we didn''t get message so after 8 days 25 octo.again we went to center.we asked about phone.we said to them for making job card and no was:- ZMASPRJ164J1996.and he said that after max. 15 days mob. Will be fine.but after 45 days i had no mobile.i was very disappointed and they only say this week this week.the service provided is poor.so i mailed to zen customer care, after mailing i received mobile but i shocked to know that IMEI NO. was not mine after dialing to *#06#.it means that mobile was also not mine and when i charged mobile at home mobile was not charging properly.i checked flash light was also not working.i felt cheated by zen mobiles.I was crying for mobile from 45 days and after sending mail i received mobile but after watching the condition of mobile i was broken.My real IMEI no:- [protected] and [protected] .showing on mobile after repairing first time (*#06#) IMEI:-[protected]. and [protected].I submit my mobile again at goyal electronics shop 200 Gma Plaza Kota.He said that the problems will be solved at their level and if they will send it to another place they will ask me because I did not want another 45 days and refused him to send any where.and I called him next day he said that he sent my mobile to Jaipur without my permission.And service center person did rude behavior with my father on asking about phone.He said that do whatever you can do on phone to my father.is this customer care service or frightening service?i am very depressed by zen mobiles and till now after 62 days i did not get my real mobile my 2 monthes wasted.so only i want that zen mobiles should replace the product with new one or give me my genuine product which i gave on first time or refund the money.
