I don't know whether any company takes more than 5-10 days for service and i have given my battery for more than 2 months and still waiting for confirmation seems that it will take more than 2 months for changing a battery with in warranty perode .I have not seen anywhere and this is my bad experience from zen co. I called them so many times. They told me, " when your battery will come, we will send you a message". But still today no message came. There phone no is[protected].
