[Resolved]  Zen Mobile — ZEN TAB sent for repair on warranty but not returned

Dear Sir/Madam I have purchase ZEN TAB Model A100 SL. NO. MS[protected] from H.S.18 on dated 29/04/2013, I was facing problem in set and visited to near service center Micro Shop System & Service at Haldwani (Nainital) Uttrakhand the set is on warranty dated 25/09/2013, they said the set is need to be repair it will take 12-15 days because we will send it Delhi, after 15 days I visited to the service center and ask status my tab the told your set is still at delhi Zen service center and just not to arrived here till time and after that I make many call to service center and personally visited 4-5 times but their reply was same I also complain at Zen Call center no.[protected] but they did not help me in proper way the gave my Zen area coordinator No. [protected] Mr. Akhlesh Yadav and said talk to him regarding status your set bet he also not took seriously my concern so at last I am writing to you till date I did not get returned my set Regards Dinesh Gupta [protected]
