I S.Prasanna kumar residing at visakhapatnam. I purchased Zen Ultrafone 303 BillNo. SI/KCP/5485 on 14/08/2013 at Cell point, #[protected], Opp.Wood Land Main road Dabagardens, Visakhapatnam 530020. After purchasing this piece I faced first problem with that phone on 10/09/2013 then I went to the purchasing shop and explained my problem( ie. Touch problem) Shop owner did not respond then i went to servicing center book my phone for that complaint. after 7 days it again came back to me. After 3 days again faced that same problem. then again went to servicing center book my phone with same complaint on 27/09/2013. After 30 days came back to me. Then in the month of November, 16, 2013 again faced that problem and went servicing center book the same complaint, after 27 days came back to me. Now in the month of February 6 th 2014, faced that same problem, again i went to servicing center and asked the shop manager why i am facing that problem every time, he answered that is not my responsibility we are only facilitators.
I am Purchased that phone Rs 4600/- but i used that phone only few days. present status of this phone is not working. I am an Employee, i have received lot of phone calls from my higher authorities. every time i suffered with this phone. my higher authorities taking serious action for i am not availability with voice connection. every time i am using my neighbors phones in that time.
In this cause I want permanent solution. very few days i have used that phone. Start from purchasing that phone very few days i am used. The cell-point shop owner and service center authorities said we are not responsible for that, now what can i do now the phone with me. So, please give justice for me. I want to replace another one and my mental tension. In this case cell shop owner, servicing authorities and Zen company should be responsible for this.
