Zensar Technologies — Refund pending from 93 days | |||
I have booked zoomcar on 14 July with booking Id:JPS6NSKFF for which refund of Rs. 2282 is pending from very long time. Also, I had made booking on 5 August with booking Id: JP6N0RZH for which refund of Rs. 2799 is pending from long time. Their policy states that the refund amount will be reflected in customer account within 30 working days. I have 100s of calls to their customer representatives. But all of this gone into vain and every time they keep stating the same, your refund will be initiated very soon.I'm fed up from their false promises. Was this information helpful? | |||
