I have ordered a beet q11 pro smart watch worth 990/- with cash on delivery. But i received two poor local quality watch on date:09/12/19. Call the customer care, no:[protected] but phone switched off. And email id on parcel is (Help. [protected]@gmail.com) which seems to be fake, please refund my money or deliver the exact product which i ordered. It is highly disappointing and my complaint needs to be resolved as soon as possible looking forward a reply from you.

I ordered digital smart watch and got shoyo watch and its not working also i want my 990 rs refund today
I had ordered for a smart watch Beet Q11pro smart watch and the have delivered me the wrong product, which is of low quality.I payed INR 1200, please take back the product and refund my money.
