I order beet q11 smart watch but i get shoyo quartz watch. My order no id 8664622 & reference id #7742.
Plz do the needful to exchange my product
Or return my money back. I don't my parcel on 07/12/19 on 11:20 and from 12 pm i m calling to ur customer care no ([protected]/[protected]) and every time it busy or some time it's ringing but no one pick it up. Plz i am very disappointed it ur service. Plz return my money back or exchange it with my product.

I order FRANCO G-SMART SERIES watch. But i received SHOYO poor quality ORDINARY watch. call the customer care, but phone Busy then switched off. Please refund my money or deliver the exact product which i ordered.Resolve my problem. No respound form Zepwear-store / Zepwearstore. My order number is PKRC[protected]
