I want immediate refund as i was deceived by zepwear by delivering a cheap watch. And when i called at customer care of zepwear, they assured within 24 hours my money will be transacted. But there's no sign of cash being transferred, nor the logistics came to pick up the product.in the name of flash sales, they are simply deceiving people by delivering fake products....

I order beet q11 smart watch but i get shoyo quartz watch. My order no id 8664622 & reference id #7742.
Plz do the needful to exchange my product
Or return my money back. I don't my parcel on 07/12/19 on 11:20 and from 12 pm i m calling to ur customer care no ([protected]/[protected]) and every time it busy or some time it's ringing but no one pick it up. Plz i am very disappointed it ur service. Plz return my money back or exchange...
