Zepto Private Limited — Non delivery of some products

I am a regular customer of zepto for last few months. I used to buy all groceries/vegetable and fruits through Zepto App. Earlier when they deliver rotten/expired products they used to refund full or part of the price of the products when the images of the product(s) are shared. From past almost a month they are just closing complaints saying email at [protected]@zepto.com and on sending a mail to this mail id will get a response saying we have verified and won't be able to process any replacement or refund. I lost around Rs.250 they delivering rotten bananas and drumstick leaves. On 18th April 2026 I ordered 10 items vide order no. OHJJNCAND11997 and they missed to deliver 'daily good phool makhana' worth Rs.129/-. The delivery boy handed over the bag and left immediately before I could check whether all ordered products are delivered. The products were delivered at 9.22 am and I raised a complaint over zepto chat help at 9.26 am. They closed the chat requiring me to send a mail. I sent the mail providing my phone number, but they closed it without any refund or delivery of the product they missed to deliver. I again responded back to them but till date I haven't received any phone call nor any resolution. There is no customer care number to reach them. I have lost Rs.129 in the order on 18th April and Rs. 36 in the order on 10th April where they delivered rotten drumstick leaves. Pray for a resolution against such fraudulent practices and acts to cheat customers.
