I am filing this complaint against Zepto Private Limited, regarding non-processing of refund despite successful return pickup and repeated assurances from their support team. Sequence of events: 1. I am a regular customer of zepto for last few months. I used to buy all groceries/vegetable and fruits through Zepto App. Earlier when they deliver rotten/expired products they used to refund full or part of the price of the products when the images of the product(s) are shared.
