I have ordered a beet q 11 smart watch from zepwear store with payment method cod
After about 1-2 week i recieved the order, paid rs1000/-.. When i opened it the product was completely different, not even a smart watch, a local watch worth around rs100/-
I went through the store for refund options but they have no refund options & the email id they have given is just fake...
Please do consider my complaint & get me refunded or get me with the new product...
