Many elders say All is well that ends well. My family did a long search of our new water purifier. So many suggestion’s and difficult to say no to it. And finally we all agreed to install Zero B Eco RO. The demo was good and understood most of it. Same week got it installed, since then we are using it for 14 months of regularly and have never faced any major issues. For few smaller issues we called the customer care and they actively responded to us which made things much easier. So our search on Accha.com made it easier.

Monsoons actually is a time of water contamination. Purified water is a need of each one. If there are small children then need to be extra careful. My purifier was very old and creating much problems so decided to go something with latest technology. The search began and we all concluded that RO purifier would be a better option. Zero B Eco RO was installed in one of my colleague’s home and they were quite happy. Got the demo done for the family and in the same week also got it installed since 13 months from then we are having no issues. Customer care also got back to us whenever we came up with any issue.
I have purchased zero B water purifier. I have renewed the AMC for 5100 INR, the chasis is faulty and it is leaking, I have raised several complaint and no one attended. These people are taking people for a ride. No use of AMC, I tried email to their customer care no use. Fed with them. I thinking to throw this water filter.
